Tell Us About a Problem
Last updated: October 2026
Possiblygrey Restoration wants homeowners who contact us to be treated fairly and honestly. Let us know when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Issues You Can Raise
You can tell us about:
- Your experience reaching Possiblygrey Restoration by phone or another contact method
- The way your personal information was handled
- Website information that seems wrong or hard to understand
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
When the Problem Involves Work
Providers in our network run separate businesses. Their estimates, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with work in your home, raising it with the provider is usually the first step. Keep a written record of the issue and your exchanges.
Please tell us as well. Your feedback helps us maintain an honest network. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Possiblygrey Restoration cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters for that provider.
Details to Include
Send your complaint to contact@possiblygrey.garden. Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- When you contacted us or the provider
- Which phone number or form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and what action you would like us to take
How We Handle Your Message
We will send an email acknowledging your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That review may involve contacting the provider. After reviewing the matter, we will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
Asking for Another Review
If our reply does not address your concerns, reply to ask us to review the matter again. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be another source of help when an issue involves a licensed contractor.
