A Referral Service Built Around Clear Next Steps
A small change can raise a big question
You notice a wet patch beside the fridge. Or a room smells damp even after the rain stops. You may not know whether to watch it, move things, or seek help. Start with what you can see or smell. You do not need to know the cause before you describe the problem.
Possiblygrey Restoration helps homeowners turn those first signs into a clear request for a local provider.
Our part is making the connection
Possiblygrey Restoration is a referral service for homeowners in Pensacola and across the Pensacola Bay area. We connect requests with independent providers in our network. We do not perform restoration work.
The provider assesses the home, explains the findings, and proposes the work. That provider also sets the price and schedule. Keep this distinction in mind when you request help or discuss a quote.
Give the signs a simple description
Tell us where you noticed water and when the change began. Mention a growing stain, soft floor, damp smell, or water that is still entering. Say whether you own the home and which rooms are affected.
A short, clear account helps explain your request. Avoid guessing at hidden damage. The provider needs to check the home before drawing conclusions about what is wet or what caused it.
A connection depends on the request
Your location and the type of problem help shape the referral. Provider coverage and availability also matter. A request does not confirm an appointment or mean that a provider has accepted the job.
When you speak with a provider, confirm that it serves your address and handles the work you need. Ask who would visit and how the assessment would be arranged.
Clear answers should come before work
A provider should explain proposed work in words you understand. Ask what needs drying, what may need removal, and how progress would be checked. Ask what stays, too.
Request a written quote with the scope, charges, and payment terms. If the plan changes after more damage is found, ask for the change in writing before you approve added work. These questions help you compare the plan with what you expected.
Decisions that stay outside our role
Possiblygrey Restoration does not inspect your home, diagnose damage, set job prices, or control provider schedules. A referral is not a statement about a provider's credentials or a promise about the outcome.
Check the provider's insurance and any credentials required for your job. Some policies may cover sudden damage; check your policy. Your insurer decides how your policy applies. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Ask about referral charges
Keep referral arrangements separate from the repair quote. Ask whether a provider pays a referral fee and whether any charge applies to your request. Confirm the answer before agreeing to a paid service.
The written work agreement should identify the provider you are hiring and explain what you owe. Possiblygrey Restoration does not set that provider's job price.
Start with the change you noticed
Request a callback to check provider availability. Share the signs in plain words. If a form suits you better, use it to request an estimate. Review the provider's answers before deciding what happens next.
